Blackboard face-to-face Workshops
Training is available to all staff to provide an opportunity to explore the possibilities for using Blackboard and to help them develop courses that will go live to students in either September 2008 or February 2009. A number of these training courses have already been attended by academic staff and eLearning Technologists.The IT Services training website has a dedicated Blackboard training section including a list of Blackboard face-to-face workshop session outlines with detailed information.
It is recommended that staff attending these workshops join the Blackboard users list to receive communications affecting their use of Blackboard. Staff can also join by sending 'subscribe Blackboard-Users FirstName LastName' to LISTSERV@manchester.ac.uk by email.
Staff will also be able to see and chose suitable dates according to the workshops schedules.
